Partner onboarding

  1. Provide correct identity and contact info (mobile/email).
  2. Confirm partner type: CSC / service / business.
  3. Understand routing discipline: branch assignment + post office code.
  4. Assign and onboard CSC operator(s) with proper training.

Quick Checklist

  • Do not operate without a clear approval status (pending vs approved/active).
  • Do not activate CSC without post_office_code.
  • Do not accept disputes without booking_reference.
